There's no right or wrong way to feel; everyone Grieves in their own way and on their own timeline.
However, no matter the situation, there are ways to avoid destructive situations and behavior by appropriately managing grief and mental health.
This section identifies how to best understand these emotions, as well as resources for those who may need support, whether yourself or others. This could be with a Grief Counselor or Psychologist.
